Section A - Internet sites authorized for real estate auctions




In the case of expropriation of real estate, the law of 14 May 2005, n. 80 and subsequent amendments, provides for publication on websites dedicated to judicial auctions, of the notice referred to in the first paragraph of art. 490 of the Italian Civil Code, a copy of the judge's order and of the estimate report prepared pursuant to art. 173 bis avail. att. c.p.c ..

The ministerial decree of 31 October 2006 then established the criteria and methods used to identify the websites, the technical requirements, the professional and honorability requirements of the persons managing them.

Finally, with the provision of 2 April 2009, "Establishment of the list of websites managed by persons in possession of the professional requirements referred to in Articles 3 and 4 of the Decree of 31 October 2006 and of the register in which the decrees for admission of companies and authorized institutions "have been created:

the list of internet sites managed by subjects in possession of the professional and technical requirements set out in articles 3 and 4 of the decree 31st October 2006 (listed in Section A, hereinafter published)
the list of internet sites managed by the institutions authorized to advertise the movable property referred to in paragraph 5 of art. 2 of the ministerial decree October 31, 2006 (shown in Section B)
the register in which the admission decrees of the companies that have applied for inclusion in sections A and B of the list and the decrees of refusal and cancellation must be kept.
